ONE size availiable-- (32 oz). Infused or fruited sea moss gels are made fresh to order. In this form the gel can be eaten straight out of the jar or added to hot beverages, hot cereals, and smoothies. Recommended dose 2-4 tablespoons daily. Sea moss gel shelf life 3-4 weeks.
